Scottsville is a short drive from Charlottesville, Virginia.   From I-64, take Exit 121A to Route 20 south for 17 miles to the Scottsville city limits.  Continue on Rt. 20 (now called Valley Street) through the town's historic district and turn left on Main Street.   The Scottsville Museum is located on the left side of the street at 290 Main Street.

From Richmond, Scottsville is a scenic 60 mile drive west along Route 6.
